MEGHAN STAFFORD
Founder of The Stafford Standard
Meghan brings more than 15 years of experience supporting real estate owners, family offices, and investment groups with disciplined financial operations and decision‑ready reporting.
Throughout her career, Meghan has overseen the financial operations of complex real estate portfolios totaling more than 8 million square feet, working closely with both ownership and operating teams. She is known for her ability to bridge the gap between ownership and property management, translating operational activity into clear, reliable financial information that supports informed decision‑making, capital planning, and risk management.
A core focus of her work is establishing strong financial infrastructure. Meghan helps investors, owners, and property management teams implement and optimize accounting and property management systems, creating organized, dependable operating environments that improve visibility, accountability, and long‑term portfolio oversight.

Alexis Moreno
Senior Accountant
Alexis serves as Senior Accountant at The Stafford Standard, where she oversees financial operations and ensures accurate reporting across real estate portfolios. With more than six years of experience in real estate accounting, she brings a strong foundation in full-service bookkeeping and financial management.
Alexis holds a degree in General Accounting and has furthered her expertise when receiving her payroll certification, reflecting her commitment to staying sharp across all facets of financial management.
Outside of work, Alexis enjoys coaching youth cheerleading and cherishing time with her kids.
Triniti White
Staff Accountant
Triniti is a Staff Accountant at The Stafford Standard, supporting weekly accounts payable and receivable processes and maintaining accurate, well‑organized financial records across large real estate portfolios. Their work focuses on ensuring transactional activity is processed consistently and in accordance with established standards.
With strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Entrata, Triniti is responsible for AP and AR processing, transaction review, and ongoing record maintenance. They bring a disciplined, detail‑oriented approach to their work, helping ensure financial information remains complete, accurate, and dependable for recurring reporting and close processes.
Outside of work, Triniti enjoys gardening, spending time with their dogs, and caring for a small flock of chickens.
Arianna Sear
Staff Accountant
Arianna is a Staff Accountant at The Stafford Standard, where her primary responsibility is to maintain accurate, well-organized financial records including transaction review, AP and AR processing, and ongoing record maintenance.
Before joining the team, she became proficient in QuickBooks by maintaining financial records for 7 years for an equine business.
She also has both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Agriculture degree from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, she enjoys riding and showing horses in NRHA and APHA events. She also loves writing and is working on her first novel.
Aubree Smith
Executive Assistant
Aubree serves as Executive Assistant at The Stafford Standard, supporting workflow organization, scheduling, and productivity for timelines. Prior to joining The Stafford Standard, Aubree worked as an Optician, where she developed a strong command of billing processes and client-facing communication.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Communications and Journalism from Texas A&M University. During her time in college, she also served as a Social Media Manager and Event Coordinator. Shortly after graduating, she earned her real estate license.
Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, walking her dog, and spending quality time with friends and family.
